2007中国·广西城市职业学院国际漫画大赛
一、竞赛主题：

三、截稿日期：
2007年8月28日截稿（以作品到达日期为准）
四、作品要求：
（1）尺寸：A4（210mm×297mm）-A3（297mm×420mm）；
（2）数量：每人每组最多交5幅；
（3）作品表现手法不限，彩色黑白均可，尤以适合展览及网上发布者为佳；
（4）作品必须是独立创作的，已经在其它比赛中获奖的作品将不参加本次评奖，只作展览；
（5）请在作品背面注明作品题目、作者姓名、地址邮编、电话号码、电子邮箱，并请另附报名表附上个人简历、照片，要求字迹清晰。
五、作品寄送：
（1）请寄原作参赛，推荐用邮局大号信封邮寄，尽量不要折叠，邮寄过程
中损坏的作品将不参加展览；
（2）用电脑制作的作品视为原作，可以发送电子信件参赛，请将参赛作品
电子文件同时发送到下列邮箱：cygjmh2007@163.com，cygjmh2@163.com；
图片格式规格如下：文件格式： JPEG格式；最大边的长度定为：
1200象素； 压缩品质：10（优）；分辨率：200dpi或300dpi；文件大小：一般每张图片大小不超过3000K（3M）；
每封电子邮件可发1-3幅，并将作品编号，同时附上报名表所列个人资料。
六、评选及颁奖：
大赛组委会将邀请国内外著名漫画家组成评审委员会，进行公正的评选工作，同时举办相应的网络评选工作。
评选结束后将邀请获奖漫画家及评委赴广西城市职业学院参加大赛颁奖典礼，具体参看组委会在各媒体发布的公告。
七、版权：
主办单位广西城市职业学院对参赛作品拥有以下权利：
（1） 在广西城市职业学院网站上永久展示；
（2） 统一收藏并可随时结集出版、展出或拍卖；
（3） 在其它媒体和出版物上发表；
（4） 主办单位授权的其它合法应用。
所有参赛作者均被视为默认本次大赛规则。
八、奖项：
金奖（1名）：奖金10000元人民币及证书、画册
银奖（2名）：奖金5000元人民币及证书、画册
铜奖（4名）：奖金2000元人民币及证书、画册
最佳网络人气奖（1名）：奖金5000元人民币及证书、画册
优秀奖（10名）：颁发证书、画册
入选（100名）：颁发证书、画册

3) Please send original drawings to this Festival. Black & white or colored, any style, any technique will be accepted. Digital artworks(CD&Disk) and good quality photocopies will be accepted.
4) Please write the following information in the top left corner on the back side of cartoon: name, address, tel & fax, e-mail, title & theme.
5) Participants are requested to send together with their cartoons, an entry-form with signature, a photograph or caricature. The form can be downloaded at our website.
6) Titles or entry-form must be filled out in understandable English or Chinese.
7) After sending original drawings,all cartoonists can participate in festival through your own E-mail by submitting your cartoon to: cygjmh2007@163.com, cygjmh2@163.com
